connecting door limited storage
The gym was acceptable. It had enough equipment for a basic workout.
the room i booked had a connecting door, i did not like that. this meant i could hear everything happening in the adjacent room, including a neighbor's television late at night. there was also very little space to open suitcases, and storage was quite limited for a stay longer than a couple of days.

The breakfast options were good with a nice variety.
I encountered slow service at the bar. It took 20 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me even when I was the only one there. I found this VERY frustrating.

The hotel presented a stylish design. Refillable water stations were accessible and convenient. Showers were well-kept. I also found the checkout time accommodating. The gym had good facilities. It included treadmills and weights. Breakfast had a good selection of options.
The minibar wasn't restocked daily, which required me to call for replenishment.

convenient location many options indifferent staff billing error
The location was convenient. It's close to attractions. The room was super clean and cool. Breakfast offered many options.
The bar staff ignored me. I tried to order drinks three times. I was the only person at the bar the first time. It took twenty minutes for the bartender to take my order. They really acted like they didn't care about the customer. The hotel billed me for three rooms. I only booked two rooms. They told me to take it up with my bank.
